Elaine Francis
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Before founding Criteria Fieldwork in 1996, Elaine’s previous lives included working as cleaner, a dental assistant and a bunny girl. Mostly, though, she’s worked in market research, starting as an office junior. Since then she’s run a telephone unit, PA’d for freelance researchers and managed a field company.
During her years at Criteria she’s presented an MRS paper on fraudulent recruitment, been a member of the AQR committee and organised several field events.
In her free time she learns to tango, saves animals, works with victims of domestic violence, and organises her daughter, her boyfriend and two dogs - pretty much in that order. Elaine will soon finish her MBA...which will please her mother no end
