Elaine Francis
JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR
Before founding Criteria in 1996, Elaine worked as an office junior, group recruiter and telephone interviewer. She has also managed qual. and quant. field departments.
During her years at Criteria she has presented a paper on fraudulent recruitment, been a member of the AQR Committee and organised field events. She is also involved in the 2010 biennial joint QRCA/AQR Qual. conference in Prague.
In her ‘other’ life she runs an organic bakery and coffee shop in Edinburgh (by-the-sea) where she lives with her daughter, partner and two very big rescued dogs.
