Leila joined Criteria in May 2007. After graduating from Aberystwyth university, Leila's colourful range of jobs have included everything from working as a DNA Liaison Officer for the British Transport Police, to sending out hotel samples for Molton Brown.

Leila's sparkling personality and Scottish accent have gone down a treat here at Criteria, and she also brightens up the office with her novelty pens and children's stickers.

When not at her desk working the phones, Leila can be found playing 'stickers' with Elaine's daughter, Maddie
