James Diggle
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
After a brief stint in market research with a
mystery shopping company, James settled at Criteria in 2003 and has been
concentrating on the world of qual. fieldwork ever since. He’s now an
Associate Director with responsibilities for managing a team of project
managers and organising Criteria’s IT needs.
A compulsive picture
taker, James is rarely seen without all manner of strange picture taking
contraptions around his neck. James’ pictures get published monthly to
accompany a friend’s magazine column and he has been an active photo blogger
for more years than he cares to remember – so much so was even sought out by
Channel 4 news on the subject of blogging a few years back!
In May 2009 James presented at the Association for Qualitative
Research Pecha Kucha evening. James presented a fictional letter from a
respondent to a researcher about the rigors of a particularly in depth research
project.
