Why Us?

We are a fieldwork agency based in London and recruit across the UK, supplying participants for qualitative and quantitative studies. We recruit on and offline via emerging and traditional methods of recruitment, whatever the study requires. We have a wealth of expertise and all sorts of flexible approaches, which we adapt to source the right participants for your market research. We are very passionate about what we do, how we do it and we love a challenge!

  • We take meaningful steps to protect the environment by using sustainably sourced paper, responsibly recycling materials, by prioritising ethical, fair trade, and locally sourced goods.
  • We volunteer with local charities. For example we helped cultivate a community organic farm in Sussex and helped to preserve green spaces in Camden.
  • We proudly support The Market Research Benevolent Association (MRBA), which aids colleagues in financial need. As Corporate Patrons since 2011, our MRBA Ambassador, Vanessa Kelly, raises awareness for this important cause.

Becoming Employee Owned was a natural progression for Criteria. Since 1996, we have operated on the belief that successful business thrives on genuine partnership, with a longstanding commitment to making employees a vital part of the company. This commitment includes giving employees a real stake in our success, as demonstrated by our management buy-out in 2006. Now, with an employee ownership trust, our employees are at the heart of what we do.
