Qualitative Research seeks to give insight into the behaviour and responses of research participants, through in-depth analysis. Our role is to identify, recruit and deliver those participants for focus groups, one-to-one interviews, internet usability testing, and online research exercises (among other methodologies). In short: we get the right people to the right place at the right time.

We operate our own online community with advanced searches ensuring that we can target participants before we call them. Our community is constantly growing and provides an engaged panel of participants and a reliable pool for emerging and inspirational recruitment techniques.

We often recruit via blogs, online research, and via community message boards to find people with a voice who want to share their ideas. Often these are the people difficult to find via traditional methods and can only be found through their online presence.

That's not to say we don't look to our free-found recruiters, who are and always will be a valued part of our service.

Not only do we find the right people, but we can also organise venues as well as a range of other logistical and support services.

We specialise in participant recruitment for qualitative research, both online and offline—covering communities, workshops, groups, and 1-to-1 sessions.

If we are unable to assist with a Quantitative study, we can manage fieldwork via sub-contracting or refer you to an approved and accredited fieldwork partner.
