Accalia is Criteria's RAS accredited telephone unit manager, overseeing a wide-ranging team of recruiters, which she does full time alongside being a doting mum to her puppy, Cosmo.

Accalia has a background managing call centres around the globe, including India, South Africa, the Philippines, and Central America, and has worked her way back to London, getting closer to her roots in Watford.

A keen gamer – Zelda being a personal favourite – McFly addict, and Taylor Swift superfan, you can often find her dancing the night away in Popworld, when not on the phone recruiting that is!
