Alicia is Criteria's Project Coordinator who thrives on keeping things organised. Born and raised in North London, Alicia has always had a soft spot for the city and everything it has to offer. She went on to study History and Philosophy at the University of Kent, which sparked her curiosity and love for learning.

Outside of work, Alicia is all about music, good company, and new experiences. She's always on the lookout for hidden gems in London – whether it's a quirky market, a great theatre show, or just a park walk that (inevitably) ends at the pub.

She's also big on travelling and has a knack for hunting down the best deals to make her adventures happen. At home, Alicia enjoys the company of her mischievous cat, who ensures there's never a dull moment.
