Project Coordinator

Criteria Fieldwork is a qualitative market research fieldwork company based in the heart of Islington, London, N1. We source participants for qualitative research methodologies across various sectors including FMCG, B2B, financial, medical and social research on behalf of research companies & end clients. We take care of support logistics to help research events run without a hitch. As a supplier of services, we do everything we can to support projects and find the right people for the research. This leaves our clients free to focus solely on the main job in hand of conducting and analysing the research. Criteria is not responsible for the analysis and moderation of qualitative research - this is handled by our clients.

We have a vibrant and hardworking team and are looking to expand our business by recruiting a Project Coordinator. We are seeking those with solid administrative experience in an office environment; this can be experience gained in a voluntary or paid role.

Key requirements:

  • Solid office based administrative experience
  • Strong written communication skills as well as confidence on the telephone
  • Highly organised and a flair for multi-tasking
  • Excellent written skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be flexible & adaptable to meet the changing needs of our clients
  • Keen interest in problem solving

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:

  • Preparation of project related paperwork and documentation, specifically screeners, schedules and other documents as required
  • Checking documentation and project paperwork carefully
  • Ensuring recruitment standards are met
  • Ensuring projects are invoiced accurately and on time
  • Profitability awareness for projects
  • Taking initiative on recruitment and sourcing/suggesting suitable recruitment locations/methods
  • Effective use of resources to source participants and recruit effectively (e.g., social media groups, LinkedIn, forums) 
  • Adhering to company policy and procedures
  • Sending meeting links and invitations to participants
  • Acquiring completed consent forms from participants
  • Quality control processes for participants
  • Sending reminder SMS to participants

Practicalities:

  • Starting salary will be in the region of £26,000.00 per annum depending on experience
  • Applicants must be willing to attend an in-person interview if selected
  • After 12 months, become a member of the Employee Ownership Trust with opportunities from profit share
  • Up to 32 days leave per year (20 days basic annual leave, 8 bank holidays and up to 4 discretionary days over Christmas/New Year), rising to 37 days after 2 years’ service. 
  • Hybrid of office based and remote working
