Danielle Simpson

Director

Danielle is a Director, joining Criteria in 2002 as a Trainee Project Manager from Reading University where she gained an upper-class honours degree in History.

She is responsible for operational and strategic developments as well as taking a leading role in recruitment and training of new and existing Project Management staff. Danielle also manages a Team of project managers. Danielle has a wealth of experience in project management and continues to manage projects across a diverse range of sectors including social research, FMCG, medical and B2B. She frequently works on projects that require hard to reach participants and is passionate about adopting alternative recruitment techniques and ensuring positive results for all stakeholders. Danielle takes pride in building strong client partnerships and managing client accounts. Danielle is an Affiliate Member of the MRS and an AQR member.

Outside of work, Danielle is a proud parent of two daughters. She enjoys trying different creative pursuits from hat making to pottery and mosaics but is more of an armchair Spurs fan these days!
