Ella graduated with a master's degree in philosophy from Kent University and joined Criteria in 2019.

Ella quickly became known for her ability to create recruitment materials in next to no time, a reputation she often wishes she didn't have! Ella's forte is tracking down niche targets; from recruiting academics around the globe, to campsite owners who use alternative fuels.

When Ella isn't scouring the internet for recruits, you'll most likely find her reading, with a personal record of over 80 books in a year – aiming to break 100 soon! Ella will happily talk to you about anything to do with books or cats, or books about cats.
