Heather Makin

Associate Director

Heather joined Criteria as a grad trainee in 2013 on her move to the big city after university. Now a Criteria veteran, she's had the opportunity to immerse herself in almost every type of qual fieldwork project imaginable, but particularly enjoys FMCG studies (often on a speedy turnaround!). Heather also shares responsibility for internal staff recruitment and training and as an Associate Director, runs her own project team.

Outside of work she's a lover of all things relating to DJs & electronic/dance music, as well as fitness & the outdoors, particularly the Walthamstow Wetlands near her new home!
