Mica has laid down roots in the beautiful Scottish countryside — a far cry from Watford, where she grew up — not that Watford isn't beautiful in its own way!

Mica joined Criteria in 2015 and is now a Senior Manager, working across a range of social, consumer, and business projects with a wide mix of methodologies. From biscuit-eaters to people with very specific migration statuses, Mica is adept at balancing the contrasting demands of recruiting very different audiences simultaneously, which she does regularly.

Mica loves nothing more than filling her weekends with bottomless brunches, live music, and trips away, and is an exquisite baker — keep an eye out for 'Mica's home bakes'!
